The area around Mogliano Veneto holds a rich heritage of Venetian villas, evidence of the presence of Venetian nobility between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The proximity to the lagoon and the network of waterways favored the construction of summer residences surrounded by greenery, connected to the palaces of the Serenissima through ancient waterways traveled by elegant boats.
Mogliano Veneto preserves numerous historic villas along Via Marignana, Zerman, Bonisiolo, and the surrounding rural areas as examples of this discreet but valuable heritage of harmonious architecture, barchesse, and gardens that tell a story of balance between city and nature.
A short distance away is one of the most famous itineraries dedicated to Venetian Villas: the Riviera del Brenta. Between Padua and Venice lines one of the most extraordinary concentrations of noble residences in the Veneto, built between the 17th and 18th centuries. Villa Pisani, Villa Foscari-La Malcontenta and Villa Widmann are some of the most representative, with frescoed interiors, scenic salons and elevations overlooking the river.
The Brenta Riviera can also be discovered from the river, aboard the traditional Burchiello, which slowly sails along the Brenta offering a privileged viewpoint of the villas and the surrounding landscape. A route that combines architecture, nature and water, restoring the refined atmosphere of Venetian villeggiatura.
The Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stretch between Valdobbiadene, Conegliano and Asolo, drawing a harmonious landscape of vineyards and villages in the Veneto countryside. Here viticulture is part of the local culture and identity: an ancient knowledge that combines technique, dedication and respect for the land.
From Mogliano Veneto, Conegliano can be reached in about 45 minutes by car along the SP14, passing through villages and vineyards that tell of the area's winemaking tradition. Continuing north, Valdobbiadene is about 10 additional minutes away: here we are in the true heart of Prosecco-Cartizze. The gentleness of the hills or in the typical say “rive” creates unique scenery. Numerous wineries offer the possibility of visits and tastings as well as experiences among the rows.

A natural amphitheater of pale stone tinged with coral at sunset: the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are a unique geological masterpiece. Here, where Ladin culture meets Italian elegance, nature offers scenery of poignant beauty amid sharp peaks and alpine lakes. But these mountains are also a land of challenge and glory: Cortina d'Ampezzo is preparing to welcome the world with the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. From The Foscarini, this legendary backdrop is an accessible destination for a day of top-level sports or to breathe in the atmosphere of the global event, and then regain the quiet of the plains.
From Mogliano Veneto, thanks to quick access to the A27 highway, the Dolomites are an easily accessible destination. The ‘Queen of the Dolomites’, Cortina d'Ampezzo, and the peaks of Cadore can be reached comfortably in less than two hours, while the Belluno area is just an hour's drive away. Alternatively, for carefree travel, there is the Cortina Express service: direct bus connections from the airport or Venice Mestre station (just minutes from the hotel) that take you to the heart of the world's most beautiful mountains.
A short walk from the hotel is our AgerPatris estate, a green oasis in the heart of Montebelluna. During redevelopment work, pre-Roman and Roman artifacts were uncovered, bearing witness to the long history of the place. Today the estate covers four hectares of organic vineyards, surrounded by a pathway nestled among olive trees, with scattered cypress trees creating pleasant spots for shade and respite, ideal for strolling and regenerating in the green.
Harvesting is manual and respectful of the optimal ripeness of the grapes, ensuring quality organic wines that can be purchased and tasted by guests. Wines are also available in the AgerPatris Lounge, on the ground floor Atrium, for convenient tasting during your stay.
